SITS Developer/E:Vision Developer

SITS Developer/E:Vision Developer required for 6 month's in Bristol and very likely extended, on £350 - £560 per day. Interviews will initially take place over the phone. Face-to-face interviews will then follow .

We require an experienced SITS developer to join the development team, and contribute to the planning, design, development and implementation of enhancements to the SITS system.The developer will also be required to assist with the annual upgrade to the current system and may be required to provide specialist input into the strategic project reviewing the overall information system.

Requirements and Deliverables:

Pipeline Planning
Producing detailed estimates and impact assessment of prioritised work packages.
Assisting the planning and scheduling of work packages.

Solution Design & Development
Producing detailed solution designs and test plans for work packages.
Development of prioritised work packages according to agreed standards and methodologies, including sufficient documentation.
Producing implementation plans, and assisting with implementation and post-implementation activities.

Experience and Profile:

The candidate will have the following experience:

Significant experience in developing in SITS:eVision solutions, implementations and upgrades
Experience of customising and enhancing SITS Admissions modules.
Evident background of planning and implementing SITS upgrades and implementations.
Experience of various software delivery methodologies such as waterfall, Agile, TDD.
Experience of using MS SQL Server 2008/12.
Experience in developing JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX and HTML5 applications.
Recognised as having specialist expertise and knowledge in their field.
