Sitecore Project Manager/Architect/Senior Architect

PROJECT MANAGER SKILLS:

- Hands on WXM CMS Development preferably Sitecore/SDL Tridion/Adobe CQ with estimation,Planning and execution experience as Project Manager functions and responsibilities
- AT LEAST 2 TO 3 FULL LIFE CYCLE IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE ON AGILE/SCRUM METHOD INVOLVING 3RD PARTY VENDORS IN THE PROJECT.
- Effective on handling the PnL and Fixed price projects within the budget
- Should be proficient in managing scope/Scope creep and Change Requests.
- Working with Sales team to plan, develop and deliver great solutions for our client
- Manage all development aspects of Sitecore projects.
- Be able to produce and articulate clearly with all stake holders
- Have overall responsibility for exceeding expectations and deliverables for projects to best practices
- Highly experienced in working with international cross-cultural teams
- To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements
- To interact with the customer and internal teams including architects to gather requirements for development purposes.
- To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements.

ARCHITECT/SENIORARCHITECT:

Essential Experience

- Minimum of 6 to 10 years' experience in developing web sites or web applications
- Minimum of 5 years working and leading as part of a team of developers
- Minimum of 5 years working with large scale applications and Sitecore implementations
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with ASP.NET web development technologies
- High familiarity with procedures for deployment to production environments and subversion control
- Good on .net and MVC framework.
- Have overall responsibility for exceeding expectations and deliverables for projects to best practices

- Excellent communicator in both technical and business environments - and muti-cultural teams working in different international offices
- Demonstrated technical and analytical skills
- Experience the provision of guidance for other team developers
- Thorough understanding of the web and Internet protocols
