You do not need to have all of these, just as many as possible. Sitecore experience is essential and key for this role. This is a full life cycle role encompassing design, development and implementation. Working in a small/medium sized team, sometimes liaising with 3rd party suppliers and reporting into management so excellent communication skills are required. Extensions likely due to the large scale of this project.
