Site Sharing Coordinator - Civil Works - Teleco

A Site Sharing coordinator should assure that the site sharing process, defined by the RISS, is followed by all parties (internal & external). It's his/her task to find a good balance between the site sharing in and site sharing out projects.

On a regular basis, the Site Sharing coordinator should participate in external meetings at the RISS with the OLO and with internal teams to discuss all on-going projects.

It's his/her task to perform a close follow up of these projects (progress, issue resolution, follow up action points, etc .) and escalate towards management when required.

Next to the follow up of the projects, it's also necessary to document the progress of all activities in our site build database.

Required skills:
- Coordination skills
- Analytical
- Good knowledge of MS Office (knowledge of Access is mandatory for making queries => follow-up)
- Helicopter view

Operational SSH follow up & project Management activities:
Weekly and Decision Meeting (prepa, participation and AP follow up)
RLayer update and validation (annual invoicing exercise)
RiSS operational meeting (prepare status and negotiate at WG Common Reporting, Estate, BXL, )
Dataquality (focus on SLA's)
LOI Management
SSH KPI's

SSH In activities:
(PSR, M2 validation including Stab results and cost sharing principle, SL validation, Health file, BP status, OWM, SOP, works planning, AsB, invoicing...). Including administrative follow up (DB), support to the internal & external clients.

SSH Out activities:
(PSR, M2 follow up including Stab results and cost sharing principle, SL validation, Health file, BP status, OWM, SOP, works planning, AsB, invoicing...). Including administrative follow up (DB), support to the internal & external clients.
