SITE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE MANAGER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Ames, Iowa.

THE BIG PICTURE: TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Must have Prior Occupational Health experience
- Prior experience with workers comp, FMLA
- Must have strong organizational skills and staffing experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Manage health center including nursing staff, admins and Medical assistants
- Staffing of clinic, annual reviews, motivating staff
- Develops training manuals and employee hand books

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong organizational skills and Management
- Strong understanding of Occupational health and workers compensation
- Strong leadership and training
- BSN Preferred but not required
