Site Merchandiser for Online Retail Giant (FTC)

A leading online retailer is looking for a Site Merchandiser to manage the launch of a new online store due to go live in two months time.
This is an incredibly exciting, high-value strategic initiative within the organization and an excellent opportunity for any highly creative marketing professional with strong online content development skills and website management experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Creating the display of the new website in a user-friendly format to drive maximum sales
- Effectively manipulate their internal systems to make changes to the website
- Carry out testing to ensure the smooth running of the website, investigating and eliminating any errors
- Speak to vendors to understand their marketing goals and manipulate the website to achieve these
- Draft acquisition and lifecycle marketing plans for segmenting and targeting new customers and retaining old ones
- Analyse sales data to make recommendations on business strategy
- Drawing key insights from Excel data gathered on various campaigns

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience of online content management, attribution methods and marketing measurement practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel (minimum ability: pivots and vlookups)
- Good stakeholder management and project management skills
