Site Manager/Team Leader - Cabling

My client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to work onsite at a global financial services organisation.

The job summary includes the delivery and invoicing of projects ensuring quality standards are upheld at all times. Prepare and submit quotations whilst organising all aspects of work required on site.

You will be required to assist in the tender process by preparing programs, histograms and Project Management methodologies.

The ideal candidates will need to show Experienced Site management/Team leading ability;

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills applied to junior and senior cabling engineers as well as third party trades co-workers, Fit-Out managers and client representatives.
Should have a general knowledge of the IT and/or telecoms industry with experience in similar role.
Able to work under pressure; prioritise workload and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills, good written and verbal communication
Good customer care skills, be enthusiastic, well presented, dependable and reliable with the ability to build good working relationships with all site and service managers.
Good knowledge of all the major cabling products
Surveying and quoting skills
Ability to learn quickly
Excellent understanding of the tender process and capable of responding to competitive tenders.
Confident in designing and costing client specific requirements in Line with current industry standards.
MS Office suite of products
Project management (methodology eg Prince, ITIL)
