Site Manager - Sydney - Commercial

MY CLIENT IS CURRENTLY IN THE MARKET FOR A RESULTS DRIVEN SITE MANAGER.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:

- Develop and improve the processes and the team through leadership and mentoring of peers and junior staff
- Manage the build of commercial projects.
- Ensure there is zero error in the build process.
- Scope management - Work with the delivery team, designers and clients to ensure they meet the end clients, design and budget brief
- Ensure the sites achieve their financial targets through a collaborative approach with the team.
- Ensure clear and concise communication, written and verbal to all stakeholders.
- To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Have at least 5 years' of Site Management within the commercial market.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with Clients and Colleagues
- Can demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills in a high energy, results-driven pressurized environment
- Displays a strong level of accountability for achieving desired results
