Site Manager - M&E - Taunton

Site Manager x 2 - M&E - CONTRACT

Locations: 1 Site Manager for London and 1 Site Manager for Taunton.

Duration: Initially 6 months

Start Date: Immediate

Role: My exclusive client urgently requires the services of 2 x M& Site Managers to oversee the Day to day management of the installation and commissioning of multi-discipline works packages on customers sites, ensuring safe working practices, customer satisfaction, quality of workmanship, progress to schedule and meeting of performance specifications.

My client is looking for Site Managers who have proven multi million pound project delivery and "snag free" handover experience. We are looking for solid M&E Experience although both projects are more Mechanical bias than Electrical.

Both projects involve the Strip out of old and Installation of New Heating Schemes/Exchanges - Major BMS Upgrades

Essential skills:
* Recognised engineering qualification in a mechanical, electrical and/or building services disipline
* Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) certified or equivalent
* Computer literate, primarily using Microsoft applications
* Good knowledge of Steam Systems including safe working practices

Desirable:
* HNC/HND level of engineering qualification
* Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certified or equivelent
* Membership of IOSH
