My exclusive client urgently requires the services of an M&E Site Manager to oversee the Day to day management of the installation and commissioning of multi-discipline works packages on a customers sites, ensuring safe working practices, customer satisfaction, quality of workmanship, progress to schedule and meeting of performance specifications.

My client is looking for Site Managers who have proven multi million pound project delivery and "snag free" handover experience. We are looking for solid M&E Experience although this project is more Mechanical bias than Electrical.

* The projects involve the Strip out of old and Installation of New Heating Schemes/Exchanges - Major BMS Upgrades. We require a hands-on Site Manager to get stuck in from day one.

Essential skills:
* Recognised engineering qualification in a mechanical, electrical and/or building services disipline
* Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) certified or equivalent
* Computer literate, primarily using Microsoft applications
* Good knowledge of Steam Systems including safe working practices
