Job Description:
-Guarantee a stable and performing operation of the E-commerce platform and IT ecosystem
-Ensure an up-to-date information base for the digital business and manage E-commerce Back Office tools
-Collaborate with and communicate technical information between internal IT, Business, and external partners
-Manage digital retail calendar occasions with marketing and content teams
-Provide technical support and consulting within and across departments (eg, Customer Service, Retail Processes)
-Facilitate the anchoring of projects within the department's system environment
-Manage release planning for deployments, hot fixes, and the coordination/approval of changes at the live system
-Handle technical issues (bug reporting, change requests, tasks and tickets) in close collaboration with internal and external partners
-Coordinate and solve critical incidents in collaboration with IT teams
-Ensure proper testing processes and quality assurance
-Document workflows, processes, and technical interfaces

Required Skills:
-At least 2 years relevant work experience at the administrative level
-Experience in change management, information management and communication processes
-Ability to manage and solve incidents in a professional way
-Basic experience in quality assurance and testing
-Experience with E-commerce software platforms (preferably Intershop and/or SAP Hybris) and profound knowledge in E-commerce processes
-Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
-Proven ability to interact with multiple teams including both technical and non-technical users
-Strong result-driven work style
-Ability to leverage resources efficiently
-Strong sense of accountability

Languages:
-Fluent in English
-Fluent in German

Education:
-Degree or certificate in a relevant field (eg Business, IT, Operations Management)
