Site Manager- Contract starting ASAP

ASA have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a large National Build Contractor on a contract basis starting ASAP. Our client has been awarded a number of commercial projects across Aberdeen with project values ranging from 6million to 70million.

With a number of live & awarded projects our client can offer genuine continuity & a commitment to individuals who are passionate about the construction industry.

Key duties include:
Program delivery
Budget delivery for each project phase
Managing sub-contractors or various disciplines
Work with project specific drawings
Produce Method statements
Mange site operational staff
Chair sub contract progress & safety meetings
Accurate management of reports

The successful candidate will hold a valid 5day SMTS & first aid certs and have a minimum of 5 years site management experience..You will be a proficient communicator who has extensive experience working large commercial new builds
