One of my clients is in need of a Fit out Site Manager on a contract basis for one their new projects.

This Mid-Tier Retail Fit-out Construction Company have recently won a number of tenders and now have an immediate requirement for an experienced Fit out Site Manager.

REPORTING TO THE SITE MANAGER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Supervising Site Team and Sub-Contractors.
- Site set out
- OH&S management
- Organising and driving site work
- Time Management
- Weekly Toolbox Meetings
- Working to deadlines and budget.

To be considered for this position, you will be trade qualified (Carpentry Advantageous) with a hands on approach, at least 5 years previous experience in a similar position, previous track record working on medium to large projects within retail construction or fit-out upto $5m, have excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of Australian Building Codes, be motivated and ready to hit the ground running.

You will be offered a competitive market rate depending on experience. This role will require you to work on average 10 hours per day/6 days per week.
