FULL TIME, FIXED TERM CONTRACT - 12 MONTHS

ANNUAL SALARY £16,830 - £21,519

THE ROLE

To undertake the monitoring and management of site facilities, maintenance and security, supervise caretaking and cleaning staff and manage contractors on site. Your role will include some technician duties and resource maintenance. Duties also include the set up and collection of laptops and other resources for outreach learning programmes therefore a full driving licence and use of a car is essential. You will be IT literate, have good literacy and numeracy skills and experience of managing caretaking, cleaning, planned maintenance programmes and managing health & safety.

Hours of work will be Monday 7am - 5pm, Tuesday and Thursday 2.45pm - 10pm,Wednesday 7am - 1pm and Friday 7am - 5pm

You will also need to be available on a "call out" basis and to work the occasional Saturday. You will be reliable, flexible and trustworthy with learners and all service users. Breaks are included in the above hours. Some weekly adjustment in the hours to be made to enable regular meetings with the Site Assistant.
