Site Engineer - Rollout Project Coordinator - Project Planner
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be present at the opening works meeting to discuss the site with the SIC, Architect and Health and Safety Coordinator.
- Check and validate the delivered documents
- Make a scope of works
- Prepare the material ordering list based on the previous documents
- Order the missing or site related materials and follow the ordering until delivered
- Do the planning of the site together with the Project team (office based people,planning,ordering?)
- Prepare the binder to handover to the execution teams and inform them about all site related difficulties and make sure that teams are able to build without problems
- Follow the site construction on site and make sure the site is First Tim Right integrated and punch free
- In case punches are found by End customer than clean them with the subco/own team's within the project SLA's
- Close the site following the contractual obligations and make sure time between Kick of Meeting and Final Acceptance as short as possible
- Make an after calculation and mention ALL extra costs encountered and not part of the initial Bill of Material to the Project team and especially to the calculator(this means for extra work/materials you have to discuss and get approval from the SIC/customer to send an additional BOQ to cover the cost's.which the calculator will make and send, NOT the SEN)
- Build the site with the construction team within budget/time
- Risk analysis before start of works(needs to be clarified what and how for the SEN's because this was done by another company: TERUSUS)
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT - Dutch/English, French/English
- Team player but also an independent worker
- Able to take responsibility
- Electrical knowledge and able to obtain at least BA4 certification
- Knowledge of GSM technologies: installation and integration of BTS/Arial technologies is an asset
- No fear to work on heights and able to pass the climbing course GOF3 minimum
- Knowledge of microwave links
- Being in the possession of an VCA* is an asset
- Problem solver
- Driving licence B
