SITE DESIGN MANAGER
Currently seeking Site Design Managers to work for a global telecommunications business in Ireland! Are you looking for your next role in telecoms and want to work for a global business working on cutting edge projects? If so then this is the ideal opportunity for you!
My client is seeking a talented Site Design Manager to work on RF Design and Site solutions. You will lead a team of engineers, across site and design disciplines working with technical leads that will be in place to support you.
SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to understand deliverables and manage and track accordingly.
- Ability to manage CR's.
- Act as the point of escalation within the team on any technical queries or problems.
- Customer facing experience to participate in Technical Review Meetings (supported by a tech lead).
- To resource manage the function.
- Financial management (CNS41, PO).
- Complete MORE requests, ICRRBs, Populate PO request forms, Use CNS41 to track volumes against planned hours (weekly).
- Drive improvements within the operations of the Site Design and RF teams.
- Implement processes and methods that may have effect on the service supply quality vs. contracted scope of work for the service supply.
- Adapt and evolve the processes, standards, methods and tools within the service family Site Design and RF.
- Experience working in Network Roll out a distinct advantage.
- Technical background in working on site design or RF planning.
