Site Delivery Manager

Site Delivery Manager (SDM) required to join a leading telecoms company based in the South of England, the Site Delivery Manager will have previous experience of working in the telecoms industry and will have experience of delivering 2G and 3G sites.

The SDM will be responsible for attending the initial site visits, and have an input in to the design, liaise with the project management team and administrative staff to ensure all tracking documents are in place. The SDM will also be required to ensure that sub contractor and build materials are sourced and in place as required to deliver the sites on time, and produce any required site completion documents that are required to hand the completed sites over to the client.

Addition responsibilities will include:
*Provide red line drawing to design department.
*Attend post build meeting.
*Health & Safety on site
*Coordinate civil works, electrical, rigging and installation, commissioning and integration activities
*Attend design visits
*Produce Health & Safety Plan
*Programme site works to meet customer SLAs

Skills & Experience?
*Construction health & safety accreditation
*Knowledge of Microsoft Word and excel
*Planning and organisation
*Customer and delivery focused
*A number of years experience working in a controlling of Telecom site infrastructure delivery.
