Site Delivery Manager

- Management of suppliers to deliver to SLA's
- Review and quality audit of survey reports prior to sign off and issue
- Attending site by site reviews both pre survey and post solution approval and as dictated by the programme volumes
- The requesting of surveys, quotations and ordering of plant and materials for site activities
- The compiling of health and safety packs
- Management of Sub Contractors issues and risks, etc. to ensure smooth project deliverables
- Liaison with I&C, electrical and rigging departments to ensure project delivery
- Co-ordination and management of site swap programme including communication and management of changes
- Co-ordination of administrative staff and direction to cover all required activities
- Compliance with CDM regulations, internal standards and client specifications and procedures
- Co-ordinate the H&S of the team to ensure that they have the correct tools, processes and equipment to work safely
- Ensuring Internal Database is accurate and up to-date
- Monitoring staff workload to ensure maximum productivity
- Liaison with Project Manager on project deliverables, risks and issues and escalating as required
- Conducting formal audits of sites for Quality, H&S, CDM compliance following swap completion as required
- Liaison with client and customers when required
- Ensuring audit findings are followed up and reported back to QUENSH
- Coordination and clarification of all issues associated with specific specialism, including nominated single point of contact liaison with the client
