Site Coordinator (German)

Conenct44 is looking for Site Coordinator eligigle to work in Switzerland and speaking German! Please send your CVs only in case you have skills required.
YOU AS A SITE COORDINATORWILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING KEY TASKS:
- Being fully responsible for all site related activities (end to end such as: forecast, ordering, logistics, site surveys, SWAPs, quality checks, quality audits, Radio KPI reports, site acceptance)
Coordinate site activities with external partners
Coordinate site activities with customer if necessary
- Coordinate and control purchasing towards external partners
- Giving approval of external partners invoice
- Coordinate and control customer purchase orders towards Ericsson
- Review site survey reports, approve or reject it
- Control and approve HW request of customer
- Update database accordingly
- Forecast site activities towards customer and Ericsson internal customers
- Material forecast towards Ericsson logistic
Follow up site acceptance and quality audits
Updating Ericsson database on a daily base (Milestones)
- Generate weekly reports for Ericsson management
Constantly improve way of working and share with team members
FOR THIS POSITION WE EXPECT THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCES:
- Bachelor in Telecommunication or at least 10 years of experience in that domain.
- Experience in network rollout projects.
- Excellent knowledge of 2G/3G/4G Telecom Networks and its functionalities
- Good knowledge of Radio Base Stations Technology and site solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of basic office applications
- Independent and self motivating
- Used to delegate work
- Able to lead and to motivate up to 7 team members
- Open minded in order to accept new rules and ideas of ways to work
- Share experience with other team members
- Used to work under pressure
- Flexible to help out other team members working in other units (stand in)
- Languages verbal and written: German and/or French, English, any other language would be an asset
- Car driving license would be desired
