Site Change Coordinator

Site Change Coordinator wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector. Your experience/skills: Degree in science or equivalent, working experience in a pharmaceutical field is a plus 5+ years working experience with 3+ years in supply chain, production or technical development 3+ years project management experience and leading cross functional global teams Ability to work in a intercultural and fast changing business environment Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is advantage Your tasks: Leading on site evaluation and implementation phases of change requests in addition to establishing and leading on site project teams in order to ensure project management according to the agreed method Communicating project progress and deviations as appropriate as well as elaborating risk mitigation plans as appropriate Ensuring efficient, timely and clear communication to all involved partners (on site and off site incl. to global product lifecycle leader and DRA REG CMC) as required for flawless project execution Soliciting input from External Supply Functions and ensuring that site specific information is made available in global projects and in relevant databases Ensuring timely delivery of complete and consistent source data to DRA REG CMC as well as ensuring projects are implemented without stock out and that write off costs are kept to a minimum Supporting process experts in evaluation, planning and execution for main and sub processes in addition to training and development of on site personnel Start: ASAP Duration: 12MM+ Location: Basel, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH11553 Does this sound like an interesting and challenging opportunity to you?
