Site Acquisition Expert jobs in Belgium, French/Dutch
Please read on if you have the following:
- Experience in mobile telephony site acquisition.
- Very strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Fluent English, plus either French or Dutch (all three for Brussels).
The job is to ensure the retention of the client's mobile access network through negotiating different projects with both new and existing landlords.
Applicants must have their own car and be able-bodied as there are visits to network infrastructure involved (sometime on rooftops). The job involves some heavy negotiating and the work remains autonomous and extremely diverse. Candidates need to be well-organized to deliver follow-up on time.
Qualifications within estate agency, law, marketing or communication will be useful. Basic knowledge of contract and rental law is required.
