Site Acquisition Colocation Coordinator

SITE ACQUISITION COLOCATION COORDINATOR

For our client, a major equipment vendor we are looking for a Site Acquisition Colocation Coordinator for a long term contract based in Oslo, Norway.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

SITE ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT

CO-LOCATION ACTIVITIES:

- Driving application process with Colo Partner (Primarily Telenor/Norkring), and follow up with weekly/bi-weekly site reviews.
- Routine communication with Co-location operators in SA and permitting related matters.
- Ensure that latest SA Co-location site specific documentation templates are in use (in cooperation with Documentation Coordinator)
- Support Site Acquisition Coordinator.
- Follow the Site Acquisition Co-location rollout management processes.
- Manage escalations related to the Site Acquisition Co-location rollout delivery scope and changes
- Handling of changes in the planning and requirements toward the colo-partner, (Manage service request)
- Support the management in planning and updating the rollout programme
- Focus in Project Plan progress to achieve the rollout targets.
- Support MSI by Defining Project Processes, procedures and guidelines for SA co-location
- Quality assurance by checking Detailed Design Documents

COST CONTROL

- Verify Additional Works Requests coming from the Colocation Partners as required by management.
- Create Purchase Requests based on final colo offers
- Claim "Good receipt" in MSi ordering system when service has been delivered by colo partners.
- Propose and develop cost reduction opportunities.

REPORTING

- Weekly forecasting of deliverables, for Colo lease and permits
- Co-location SA input to weekly and monthly report
- Identify project contractual risks and provide action plan to mitigate them. (Risk list etc.)

- Site "As built" docs
- Ferdigmelding doc to Colopartner (Upload)

MEETINGS INTERNAL

- Weekly SA and management meetings

CORE COMPETENCIES

- Good understanding of Telecom roll out disciplines or willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- FLUENT IN NORWEGIAN (SCANDINAVIAN)
- Good English skills
- Outgoing personality

IT

- Entering site specific requirements in Jara database (EDI of main Colo Partner)
- Experience with MS Office, (MS Excel and PDF in particular), JARA (Telenor database), Good flair for IT systems in general.
