SITE ACQUISITION AND PERMITTING COORDINATOR (German and French speaking preferred, with EU access)

SA team (Milestone MS6 to MS10/11), MS06 to MS11 - Standard SA, OCH Legal Interface

Site Acquisition and Permitting Coordinator (German peaking is mandatory and if French also a big plus) is needed in switzerland, for an very interesting position. Must have OCH legal interface and extensive permitting experience/knowledge

Main Responsibilities

- Responsible for organization of Site Acq. issues for sites.
- Managed SA team (Milestone MS6 to MS10/11)
- Negotiated with national and local authorities as well as companies and communities regarding permitting and landowners for the leasing of land
- Motivated Subcontractors and suppliers to provide efficient installation and timely activation of power to sites
- Interfaced with Customer for weekly progress reporting as well as internal reporting
- Responsible for quality control of documentation
- Estimate and analyze gaps
- Follow up and escalation of action points based on meeting minutes
- Ensure that the Project Plan fulfils QMS requirements and is implemented by the whole organisation
- Forecast, identify, analyze, qualify, quantify and respond to possible risks in the SA with lists of preventive actions
- Inform directly about all identified risk items in the SA and what actions have been and/or will be taken to eliminate them
-doing SbS meetings, follow-ups, etc.

Requirements:

EDUCATION (recommended level of education/knowledge):
MSc., BSc. in Electronics or equivalent experience
