IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Skill lead of analogue/RF simulation methodology experts
-Define future methodology roadmaps and drive strategic decisions to tackle the challenges accompanying the latest technology nodes
-Proactively identify gaps and future business requirements
-Run/direct projects for design methodology and design flow improvements
-Benchmark internal/external EDA tools in the area of analogue & RF simulators
-Develop, implement, optimize, roll-out and support simulation methodologies to all analogue/RF circuit design teams within the Communication Devices Group worldwide

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience in the area of analogue/RF circuit simulation, statistical simulations, electro-magnetic simulations, combined with experience in deep submicron technologies
-Practical experience with full-custom design flows incl. tools from vendors such as Cadence (Virtuoso, Spectre), Keysight, Ansys
-Experience in collaboration with EDA vendors and good understanding of the EDA industry with focus on analogue/RF
-Strong analytical, strategic thinking and decision making skills
-Self-motivated, results oriented, proactive personality which strives to achieve excellence
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Team player with the ability to lead and motivate people
-Proficiency in Unix and Windows and scripting languages (Perl, Skill, Python etc.)
-Business fluent English skills
