Silverlight Software Engineer - Leicestershire - Contract

Roc Search's client based in Leicestershire is seeking an experienced Silverlight Software Engineer to join an existing team. The software developer will be involved in designing and implementing both client and Server Side applications for software solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities:

*Develop module design specifications in accordance with the detailed/functional design requirements
*Develop software in accordance with approved module design specifications
*Configuration control of all developed software
*Write module tests and perform formal module testing within a configured environment
*Integrate and test developed software modules into overall system/product
*To formally handover completed software modules to the integration test team

Key Skills:

*Excellent UI/UX design and integration skills - 5 years+
*Solid hands-on Silverlight (ideally) or WPF development experience gained in a professional environment - 2 years+
*Javascript
*ORACLE - experience in writing Stored Procedures/Packages/Views
*RIA Services
*Expression Blend - 2years+
