SIEM Business Analyst

Role Purpose

- Identify and validate security risks, designing and implementing appropriate network security controls to safeguard information assets.
- Investigate, track and report security risks identified during architectural review.
- Deliver qualified information about actual threats and vulnerabilities, provide recommendations how the associated risk can be mitigated
- Provide professional reports on network security risks, recommended countermeasures and risk treatment plans.
- Contribute to the overall performance and success of the Security Operations Group.

Certifications and Background

- Expertise gained in a similar delivery via a Bank or Telco
- Process and Analyses Tools expertise together with a recognised BA certification
- Essential MS experience for presentation of analysis
- General understanding of Information Security
- Knowledge of network technologies and background in systems administration
- Willing to travel overseas
- Fluent in English
- French and German would be an advantage but not essential
- Able to present findings to peers and managers
- Natural flare for investigations relating to Gap Analysis and Discovery
- SIEM exposure previously
