*5 years in analysing and critiquing business requirements
*5 years in facilitating design workshops and writing functional designs
*Understands Siebel functionality but can explain the value this brings to the business in non-technical terms
*Ability to quickly understand business problems and design appropriate solutions
*Ability to assess the impacts of changes to the design to the system, integrations and processes
*Ability to manage competing priorities
*Ability to work in and adapt in a changing environment
*Ability to work independently
*Ability to estimate work and deliver on time
*Ability to assess the criticality of an issue and know when and how to escalate
*Proficiency with Microsoft Word
*Have excellent written and oral communication skills

DESIRED
*Experience with Siebel TBUI, Open UI, CTI, Order management, Case Management
*Experience in large projects
*Experience in Australian Federal public service
*Minimum 6 years in Siebel development
*Highly experience in Siebel configuration
*Highly experience in writing business service and workflow processes
*Ability to understand functional design document and devise appropriate technical solution quickly
*Ability to assess the impacts of changes to the design to the system, integrations and processes
*Ability to manage competing priorities
*Ability to work in and adapt in a changing environment
*Ability to work independently and in a team environment
*Ability to estimate work and deliver on time
