The role:

CRM Distribution uses Oracle Siebel as core application for customer data and product catalogue for local branch offices. Siebel is the 'sales cockpit' for the employee.

Siebel operations is responsible for the continuity of Siebel. The candidate represents operations and validate (based on requirements for operations) enhancements and new requirements in Siebel. The candidate works in an Agile team and represents operations. The candidate is responsible for the acceptance testing, implementing and maintaining the solution. Required is experience with: Functional Siebel, preferred for Financial Services, configuration of Siebel, experience with tools.
