Role: Siebel Analyst - Designer

Job Description:
A Siebel Analyst-Designer is required to deliver Siebel specific (Siebel BA)
Scope & Delivery Statements
Functional Solution Designs
Functional Detailed Designs
Business Process Maps
Data Load/Upgrade Requirements
Access Control Requirements
Workshop Materials

The Analyst-Designer must have:
Proven experience in large-scale system development projects with demonstrated skills in systems analysis and design.
High level interpersonal skills, including the ability to:
confidently facilitate workshops
accurately reflect business requirements in design documentation
effectively liaise and negotiate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels both within client and from external agencies.
High level organisational skills, the ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and commit to action.
Proven research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with the Siebel Customer Relationship Management platform and authoring of Siebel requirements specifications (eg Functional Solution Design documents).
Understanding of the business context for the client's Siebel platform:
social policies and programs, in particular the payment of grants to non-Government service providers.

A Siebel Developer must have:
Demonstrable experience in Siebel application development, particularly with Siebel script, Siebel EAI, and Siebel OUI with the ability to develop technical solutions to business requirements.
Research, analytical and problem-solving skills of a high order.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively explain complex concepts and prepare technical documentation.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
