Senior Siebel CRM Configurator & Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a talented contractor to join our team in the role of a Senior Siebel CRM Configurator & Consultant.

This position requires extensive knowledge and working experience with Siebel on Premise CRM version 8.1.x.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Acts as the project team's Siebel "guru" - the 'go-to' person for any question on the Siebel product set.
- Provide Siebel best practices consultancy for application and architecture design.
- Provides expert tool and process support for rolling out a Siebel CRM on Premise system.
- Provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members on all aspects of Siebel configuration and implementation.
- Configure and customize Screens, Views, Applets and Workflows per business requirements.
- Support data conversions and data loads.
- Perform application tuning and performance optimization.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance on software application related issues.

REQUIREMENTS

- Has acted as a lead consultant (or similar) on a major multi-national green-field Siebel implementation (not just a version u/g).
- Ideally has Siebel on Premise 8.1 Certification (or higher)
- Has strong experience and competency in Siebel Configuration and Siebel Architecture for at least 7 years.
- Has hands on experience in Siebel on Premise CRM 8.1.x, preferably also in Siebel Telecommunications Services Module (certification a plus).
- Has fluency in using Siebel Tools.
- Has good knowledge of Siebel development best practices.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Is results oriented, adaptable and a self-starter.
- Has a positive attitude, a global perspective and excellent time management.
- Has strong skills in the areas of analysis and problem solving.
- Is knowledgeable with all aspects of SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle).
