Siebel CRM Specialist

We currently have a new requirement for a Siebel CRM Specialist, to work for a leading Service Provider on a 3-6 Month contract (with scope for extention) based Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA).

The role will require you to manage design, architecture, development in CRM systems, L3 for customer issues and periodic and systematic reconciliation with a good understanding of design, debugging issues, patch/fixes, configuration, table formation, Root cause analysis and proactive efforts to identify issues and assist in evaluating applications upgrade.

We are looking for a Siebel 'Expert', someone with 7+ years experience of planning and implementing system maintenance and repair, analysing operations and proposing improvements, as well as being able to provide technical assistance/training to the staff on need basis and motivate them for efficient working.
