Siebel CRM Specialist

We currently have a new requirement for a Siebel CRM Specialist, to work for a leading Service Provider on a 6-12 Month contract (with scope for extention) based Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA).

The role will require you to manage business as usual operational support in CRM system, L2-L3 for customer issues and periodic and systematic reconciliation with a good understanding of debugging issues, Root cause analysis and proactive efforts to identify issues and assist in evaluating applications upgrade.

We are looking for a Siebel 'Expert', someone with 7+ years experience of planning and implementing system maintenance and repair, analysing operations and proposing improvements, as well as being able to provide technical assistance/training to the staff on need basis and motivate them for efficient working.

Beyond this, necessary skills include Scripting: advanced Shell Scripting in various Unix shells, preferably csh or bash; SQL: extensive SQL experience, complex data extraction, and ability to write optimized queries in Oracle; OS: comprehensive experience with working in any UNIX environment preferably Solaris; and finally an understanding of the J2EE platform.
