ROLE DESCRIPTION

The IT department is responsible for setting up and maintaining an IT infrastructure and application landscape that fulfills clients present and future needs. We aim at achieving this by striving for an agile architecture,  governance excellence and cost leadership.

One important application within the clients landscape is Siebel. Siebel is used for customer relationship and contract management at client Due to the new projects lined up for 2014, there is a need for reinforcement of this Siebel team.  The current team is an excellent mix of experienced Siebel developers/analysts and junior Siebel developers. This job offers the opportunity for an experienced Siebel consultant to be part of this team.

This request looks for an experienced Siebel consultant. His/her responsibilities will cover all main aspects of a classic Siebel project: from analysis to Siebel (functional/technical) design to development from support during testing to deployment activities during go-live.

This consultant will be reporting to the Front Office Application Manager.

SKILLS

- 4+ years  experience of Siebel 8  (experience with Siebel eEnergy 8.1 is a plus)
- Siebel configuration
- Siebel Workflow
- Task Based UI
- EAI
- EIM
- MS SQL Server 2000/2008 (TSQL and DTS)
- Experience in energy sector is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of Siebel vanilla prospect management, account management and customer service.
- Knowledge of design patterns, development standards and project methodologies.
- Demonstrates ability to work effectively as part of a team in a customer-focused environment
- Results oriented and self-motivated with the ability to follow through on tasks/responsibilities with a relatively low degree of supervision
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to remain focus whilst working under pressure
- Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
- Preferably Master in IT. (or equivalent by experience)
