You will need to have experience in Field service, end user experience, supporting user
You will work closely with the business on requirement gathering and full life cycle on future releases
Siebel 7.8 implementation .
300+ users worldwide, over a 22-hour time zone
- Siebel modules: eMedical, ePharma, Field Service, Orders, Contract Management
As Business Analyst:
- Actively involved at all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC) - requirement gathering, functional design, testing, user acceptance test, training, roll-out, process harmonisation...- for three releases
