Siebel Business Analyst

Working on the solution design of the Siebel solution for Rabobank. Experience with interfaces. Experience with CRM and Front Office banking systems. Experience with agile/scrum methodology. Making of specifications. Good communication skills.

Should have functional Siebel 8 knowledge (Siebel Financial Serviced). Should have understanding of Siebel 8 configuration capabilities. Should be able to translate business requirements into Siebel functionality. Should be able of managing this process in such a way that the requirements fit as much as possible to Siebel Out-Of-The-Box. Should be able to identify gaps between business requirements and Siebel.

Should have thorough knowledge and experience of business processes in banks, CRM systems and Front Office banking systems.
