Government organisation requires a Project Manager

The SIAM Lead will be responsible for development of the following deliverables throughout the process:

TOM E2E Service Profile Supplier Performance Management Strategy

Transition Approach Planning

Service Integration Model

Work with the BAU management team to agree the strategy to design develop new service capabilities and produce detailed technical solutions

Lead on-going As-is service capability reviews Provide consultant level design support for any SIAM led projects Support the OBC (Outline Business Case) ITT (Invitation To Tender)

Provide technical and financial input into the budget process

Applicants must have a wealth of experience working in complex IT/Procurement programmes. A strong background in the design and deployment end to end services, detailed knowledge of developing process maps/swim lanes in a multi layered environment.
