Shoretel Engineer & Project Manager

Edelway is a Pan-European professional services consultancy with over 200 consultants on assignment with our global clients in Switzerland. To reinforce our Infrastructure Unit in the Suisse Romande (Geneva/Lausanne), we are now looking for a ShoreTel Engineer for a temporary mission/Contract. You will join our international team at our global accounts in the Geneva/Lausanne area.

ShoreTel Engineer & Project Manager

The role:
Administration of the ShoreTel environment
Manage ShoreTel Projects
Optimize telephony systems
Project management of the related projects
Coordinate support activities and vendors
Propose improvements

Your profile:
Strong knowledge of telephony and ShoreTel systems administration (Mandatory)
A certification is a plus
Project management experience
English Fluent
French is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Independent and autonomous
Strong customer service focus, ability to interact with team members at all levels of the company
