Shopping Quality Evaluator/Analyst
Languages: English & Chinese fluency, any additional language is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manually review offers and validate third parties results.
- Either fix issues with the provided tools, or report issues to follow up with engineering teams.
- Improve the quality of our E-commerce service by evaluating shopping search results to identify areas of concern and interest.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to evolve and improve quality and productivity reporting strategies.
- Develop and share practices for data quality investigation and analysis.
Requirements
- Capabilities in performing daily routine jobs.
- English & Chinese fluency. Any additional languages deemed a plus.
- Interest in online shopping and E-commerce.
- Relevant experience as a quality operations analyst is a plus.
- Good analytical skills, knowledge of Google Spreadsheet and SQL are a plus
