Shopping Quality Evaluator/Analyst

For an exciting new contract position based in Zurich, RM IT Professional resources are currently seeking a SHOPPING QUALITY EVALUATOR/ANALYST.

This contract position would be to start as soon as possible, and run until end of February 2015.

The ideal candidate will perform the following tasks:

Improve the quality of shopping search results by evaluating the shopping search results (web and shopping property) to identify areas of concern and interest

Cooperate with engineering teams to improve the search, data and catalog quality
-

Develop and share practices for search, data and catalog quality investigation and analysis
-

Help scope and develop tools to automate and optimize process workflow
-

Either fix issues with the provided tools, or bug issues to follow up with engineering teams

WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:

-

Excellent web research and analytical skills
-

English fluent is mandatory. Other languages (French, German, Italian, Japanese) is a plus

Interest in shopping is a plus
-

University degree or being currently enrolled in university is a plus.

Relevant experience in an Internet company and with web research is preferred.
