SHOPPING POLICY/QUALITY ANALYST WITH SLOVAK WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University Degree or being currently enrolled in university in a relevant field
- Profound experience as a Quality Operations Analyst, Shopping Analyst or Data Analyst
- Outstanding analytical personality coupled with strong research, investigation and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL or at least willingness to learn it
- Interest in Online Shopping, E-commerce or Sales
- LANGUAGES: FLUENT ENGLISH AND SLOVAK BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN
YOUR TASKS:
- Supporting the Engineering team to improve our automated systems
- Identifying and negotiating complex policy corner cases and translating this information into rules that are scalable and programmable
- Building up expert know-how concerning our policies to understand the philosophy behind them while being able to apply that knowledge on a smaller scale
- Researching and investigating issues and suggesting solutions
- Using simple script to gather data for investigation
