Shopping Data Quality Evaluator/Analyst

For our Client, a big international company, we are looking for SHOPPING DATA QUALITY EVALUATOR/ANALYST

LOCATION: Zurich
DURATION: 12 months
Language: ENGLISH FLUENCY is mandatory & at least basic knowledge of 2 other languages from this list: ITALIAN, SPANISH, PORTUGUESE, JAPANESE, RUSSIAN.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manually review landing pages and validate third parties results.
- Either fix issues with the provided tools, or report issues to follow up with engineering teams.
- Improve the quality of our E-commerce service by evaluating shopping search results to identify areas of concern and interest.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to evolve and improve quality and productivity reporting strategies.
- Develop and share practices for data quality investigation and analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Capabilities in performing daily routine jobs.
- Good SQL skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Knowledge of English is a must.
- Interest in online shopping and E-commerce is a plus.
- University degree or being currently enrolled in university is a plus.
- Relevant experience as a quality operations analyst is a plus.
