Shipping/Receiving Clerk II

QUALITY SPECIFIC GOALS:

- Aware of and comply with Stop Order, Concession, Defect Awareness, ESD, Non-conforming Material, Material Identification/Segregation and Good Documentation Practices procedures as associated with this job type/position.
- Aware of and comply with the client Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position and can work in an FDA compliance environment
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school Diploma/GED or local equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak in local language
- Demonstrated use of an ERP - Shipping & Receiving system
- Intermediate computer skills, experienced in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel & Access
- Demonstrated ability to ship both domestic and export shipments and use of export systems
- Ability to communicate well and work with others
- Ability to interface with Customers and Suppliers in a business professional manner on the phone and through e-mail
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attendance record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Prior experience use of an Oracle ERP system
- Prior use of Barcoding equipment and systems
