Material Planner Tangent International are looking for an experienced Material Planner to work on a 1 year project in Fife, Scotland. The purpose of the role is to work closely with Stores Teams to manage plant stocks of sundry/non-Bill of Material Comps which are controlled by a re-order point replenishment process. It will also involve the Setting of safety stock levels, placing PO's on suppliers, managing shelf life dates and Expediting comps required to satisfy customer sample requests & bulk shipment orders. Previous experience with Mainframe material management would be an advantage.
