Tangent are currently looking for a Shift Manager to work for our client, a large infrastructure organisation, to work based in Pangbourne, Berkshire. The role is a 4 month contract that will be extendable thereafter. Experience of marine and river work in particular work from jack leg pontoons used for supporting crawler cranes in a river environment.
Role inc:
Producing and checking method statements and risk assessments and Checking lift plans.
Managing & Supervising from pontoons:
- Removal and re-erection of structural steel work
- Installation of bored piles
- Structural deck pours
Needs:
5 day SMTMS
First aid (not essential)
CSCS card for manager/supervisor
Ideally trained Appointed Person for crane lifts
Rates around £30 per hour.
