Shell Scripting Specialist

Shell Scripting Specialist with profound OLU packaging knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- In-depth experience with Shell Scripting and Solaris/Linux OS
- Practical experience in OLU packaging
- Understanding of knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins/TeamCity including Maven and SVN, as well as Oracle RDBM and SQL
- Analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing working method
- Interested in UNIX packaging, Shell Scripting along with work in challenging environment with different set of tools and processes
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Providing the application infrastructure including Servers, databases, storage etc.
- Creating application packages for different components using OLU packaging and maintaining of application deployment scripts (Webapp as well as database)
- Deploying the application in DEV and TEST environment and coordinating the deployment in TE2 and PROD with GPS team
- Loading balancer and BCM/DR setup and performing infrastructure upgrades (Servers, Oracle database, Middleware)
- Setting up application and infrastructure monitoring along with creating database baseline for releases (export/import) and setup Oracle PKI
