Sheet Metal Worker

Sheet Metal Workers are required to work in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire for a 12 Month Contract

We are looking for 7 x Sheet Metal workers to work for a leading Aerospace company based in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire,

As a Sheet Metal worker in our manufacturing environment, you will become a key member of our production process. You will be involved in marking out sections of material by following engineering drawings and instructions, in addition to shaping and cutting-out sections using a combination of hand tools and computer-controlled machines, including presses and rollers. Further to this you will be responsible for finishing items with various tools including grinders and polishers.

Depending on the area of the Company you are working in, you may also be involved with the assembly of sections, using riveting, welding and bolting methods.

It is required you have Sheet Metal experience and have a time served apprenticeship Ability to work to aero standard component drawings, work on own initiative, Press brake and Laser experience

Shift Times: 0600 -1400, 1400 - - 0600

Our client requires that all candidates MUST BE apprentice trained and be able to bring certificates to any interview.
