Location: Lincoln easily commutable from Grantham, Nottingham, Boston and with excellent access from Sheffield and Peterborough
Rate: £24.77 per hour LTD

OUTSOURCE UK LTD is actively seeking to recruit a SHE Co-ordinator for a contract role on behalf of a client.

THE CLIENT:
A leading Engineering and Defence organisation

THE JOB:
The successful SHE Co-ordinator candidate will support the relevant SHE practises to ensure they are undertaken in line with corporate and legislative governance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
The successful SHE Co-ordinator candidate will be responsible for the following:
Document, update and control of SHE plan E
Establishing and maintaining the Events Plan
Supporting Audits, OCSAs and accident/incident investigations
Provide guidance to the general community on SHE related issues
Co-ordinating Monthly SHE reviews
Capture SHE minutes, actions and update the issues tracker
Providing monthly updates to the SHE review
Monthly Balance Scorecard submissions
Ensure SHE Training Plans are established and maintained
Monitor and Control Mandatory Training status
Ensure all SHE risks and good spots are captured and actioned accordingly
Update of Building 160 SHE boards with current information

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
NVQ in relevant discipline or equivalent
Self-Motivated
Communication and Team Working skills
