OUR CLIENT, A GLOBAL INSURANCE COMPANY IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR SHAREPOINT COLLABORATION SERVICE DELIVERY AND TRAINING ANALYST TO WORK ON AN INITIAL 3 MONTH CONTRACT, BASED IN CHELTENHAM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- End-user Training
- Identifying training needs and developing training capability to meet new needs
- Training of end-users on Collaboration. Including Application Use, SharePoint Guidelines, and Business Processes.
- Undertaking Demonstrations of SharePoint Collaboration capabilities in line with SharePoint & Collaboration Roadmap.
- Service Desk
- Second-line support to end-user, and if cannot be resolved, then dispatch to either Platform Support, Collaboration Application Support, or Business Owner.
- Provides advice and guidance on using SharePoint, of using SharePoint (SharePoint Guidelines)
- Assisting Site Owners with the configuration of their site, in line with SharePoint Guidelines.
- Identifying support needs and developing support capability to meet new needs
- Developing the way of working to improve support and knowledge within the team - Service Reviews

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- SharePoint 2010 experience (exposure to SharePoint 2013 desirable)
- Experience in delivering presentations, demonstrations and/or trainings
- Experience rolling out SharePoint, building community and supporting user adoption
