WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Addressing user issues by monitoring incoming requests and working through resolutions.
- Prioritize the support requests and work with SMEs by escalating on-time to resolve customer issues.
- Basic SharePoint troubleshooting skills for user access, navigation etc.,
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in a SharePoint support and Service desk role
- Enterprise setup on SharePoint 2013
