SHAREPOINT SUPPORT, SHAREPOINT 2010

eCRM EURO are looking for a SharePoint Support specialist with an exposure to SharePoint 2010. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills. The exciting opportunity is for someone to work with the IT teams to deliver quality SharePoint support. The role will be based around SharePoint 2010.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Improve internal communications, particularly about business issues
Ensure the consistency and accuracy of data and information
Facilitate project, team and remote working, through the use of SharePoint
Increase the interactive aspects through the use of bulletin boards and discussion groups
Taking a hands-on role on projects; designing, configuring, testing and implementing new functionality in SharePoint 2010
Identify and define new SharePoint services based on business requirements
Progress Reporting - Report progress to team leader/project manager
Produce documentation to cover implementation of the SharePoint applications, including security, technical specifications, site deployment and ongoing support requirements
Train staff/conduct workshops, provide out of the box support for SharePoint users and managers

This key role means that you will administer, support and enhance the site in its effectiveness to help staff to get the best out of it. The job requires a unique mix of people skills, training capability and technical knowledge to deliver the platform and skills needed by staff to help them achieve effective delivery.
